At SOLLICH and Chocotech we have the pleasure of building the world's largest production line for JAFFA cake for one of our customers. Our SOLLCOFILL system will operate on 1800 mm width and produce 140 rows of jaffa cakes per minute.
Cooking the jelly, dosing it onto the buiscuit, tempering the chocolate, enrobing the buiscuit and cooling the product - we do it all.
