Sunset Overdrive on a handheld? Running on the GPD Win 2.
TDP set to 10W.
It seems to generally hover between 22-33 fps but the long draw distance is killer.
I can fight a street of enemies and stay at a steady 30 fps but start grinding on the powerlines above the city and framerate will tank to around 15.
To maximize framerate this game needs a mod to reduce draw distance.
