How do I... Select features from a layer based on attribute value
This short video demonstrates how to use the 'Select by expression' tool to select features from a map layer based on the value of an attribute. The demonstration shows a simple case, but you can see from the tool's interface, that you can do a lot more with it! Note field names are enclosed in "double quotes" and field text values are enclosed in 'single quotes'. Field names and field values are case sensitive.
