Baking Lemon Blueberry Scones
Today I made DELICIOUS lemon blueberry scones!!!
Here's my recipe:
2 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
8 Tbs butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 cup blueberries
Zest of whole lemon
Mix your dry ingredients together
Grate butter and cut into dry mix
Add sour cream and egg, and knead together
And blueberries and lemon zest
Flatten to be 1 inch thick
Cut into 8ths
Bake at 400 for 15-17 mins
Done!!
