Hey friends!
In this video, I decided to share with you the technique I use to edit multicamera shoots being captured in 4k, raw, prores 444 or other resource-demanding formats on my laptop without using super-powerful computers or beast disk systems. This technique I came up with for myself is not an ideal workflow, but it allows you to walk around some program constraints (for ex. it's 2018 and Adobe still haven't implemented compressed Cinema DNG support in Premiere - this type of raw you have from Blackmagic Ursa Mini 4k and Mini 4.6K!) and adapt multi-cam editing to different situations. Basically, it's an adaptation of offline editing or proxy editing concept with some tweaks. Watch the video and tell me what you think! ;)
