Making children mentally STRONG! (Podcast)
I'm often asked at what age children should start mental training. Well, for specific mental training, I recommend early adolescence. However, that doesn't mean we can't and shouldn't teach children mental strength much earlier. How to do that – and what definitely shouldn't! – is what we'll discuss in this episode.
