'Heading West' Live in Arnhem by FLOATSTONE
A live rendition of ‘Heading West’, a song about the plight of refugees. I wrote it after seeing too much human misery on the daily news of people in terrible conditions, trying to reach safer havens.
This recording was filmed by Cy Leong at the great and cozy listening venue ‘Muziek bij de Molen’ which is held in an old mill in the centre of Arnhem in The Netherlands.
It is always a joy to play ‘Heading West at such places, since it is hard for people not to start resonating with the subject.
