The program shown in this video was engineered by researchers from Virginia Tech and Facebook. With only the input video & positional data of the object which is subject to be removed, the program can create an """almost""" seamless video without the object.The program uses an AI-based algorithm in order to estimate the flow of the video. It gathers candidates for each pixel that is occupied by the object and replaces those with the most fitting pixel.
