#28 Lachie Gill - The Highs & Lows of Life in the Music Industry
In Episode 28 of The Steak Lad Experience, I sat down with one of all time great humans, Lachie Gill.
Lachie is a singer-songwriter who in 2022 was crowned as the winner of The Voice, Australia. Whilst there is no doubt that this was a life changing experience, what has followed since then has challenged him immensely as he continues to build as an artist both personally and professionally which we touched on during our discussion.
We also spoke about his experience on The Voice, his recent battle with anxiety/panic attacks, the power of continuing to show up when things don’t go your way, learning to appreciate the journey, his goals for the future and much more.
The way that Lachie articulates his current situation, his drive to succeed and the underlying passion he has for music left me convinced that he is someone destined for great things. As I mentioned at the end of our conversation, our next podcast is set to be a big one as we continue on our journeys!
