Life of the Recruiter is full of misery, disappointment, and LinkedIn boolean search. And I love that every (almost every) candidate I have ever spoken to was extremely understanding and supportive.
So I never pretend that I know everything about everything. Normally if I hear a name of the new technology, that I have never heard before during the call I just ASK! And 100% will give me more insight, will explain, sometimes show an awesome presentation 😆
