Backed up, got a lot of ground to cover
Tracks of animals, and a sound discover-
ey - See, broken branches bared above
Excavated while frozen mammals stare at us
Barely trust, my closest comrades are cowards
Carry lust and don’t stay long past their hours
Songs clash with last words, silence overtakes
Twists, shakes and is plagued by the violence of the snakes
Work for me perfectly and then you’re worthy
Don’t want to scare early, I’ll amend the wording

Tall poppies grow taller, reach tops and thrive

A handful have energy for kissing his prison
The cage yet remains while still missing permission
It’s a revolving door, not solving more
Or less questions the quest is worth evolving for
Causing sore temples and not the religious type
Is this hype? Or will it finally hit its heights?
Distant lights - Yeah eventually it all ends
For big celebrities, enemies, and small friends
Pretend or authentic the destination is static
Ascend the aesthetic - take your place in the attic
Heart is cold as ice, could throw a knife and hit the target
Miffed, lethargic concepts fresh as mixing garbage
Hidden carnage but on surface no tension broken
Wordless water weeping but cannot mention omens
Foreboding motions are calm, calculated, concrete
Steady steps of feet acclimated to long streets
Wrong tweet, stop speech, endless echo chamber
