Lydell - Wake Up Suddenly & Cross Out No (By Request) 1976 ( Lydell Feist )
From the album "Wake Up Suddenly" I offer these two songs. I don't remember where I first saw/heard Lydell, it may have been on the local Christian radio or a coffee shop or maybe at the old Jesus People Church in Downtown Minneapolis (or 24th & Nicollet?) back in the mid/late 70s, I do remember though that his music moved me from the first time I heard it. I like a wide variety of music but like most, I do have that certain type that stands above the rest, be it artist, music or both. Lydell fits into that category, and after over 35 years now still fits it well. I know there were a few artists local to the MPLS/St. Paul area and many were very good but, some just stand that inch or so taller, for me Lydell was one of those. Thanks for the request, I still have his LPs 35+ years later
