In this video I'm trying to fix my problems of irregular output extrusion speed and leaked PLA around the nozzle of my MakerBot Replicator 2 Desktop 3D Printer. The first step is to adjust the plunger tension, and the pressure applied by the motor on the filament, following precisely MakerBot Industry's recommendations. Hopefully, this procedure works, and FIXES the irregular output speed problem. BUT the more I increase the tension, and the pressure, the more some PLA material is leaked around the nozzle. PLA's tearing around the nozzle even faster than before, and at a larger scale. What really ruins all my attempts to build anything with this hardware. I've never moved or unscrewed the nozzle, I've even didn't tried.
