The National Honey Board is an industry-funded agriculture promotion group that educates brewers, distillers and food manufacturers about the benefits and uses of honey. Our research, marketing, and promotional programs are funded by an assessment on domestic and imported honey and are designed to increase awareness and usage of honey. The National Honey Board has worked with brewers for the last 10 years to develop research and new approaches to using honey at various points of the brewing process.
