BIM In Nepal Conference 2019 - Harsh Pareek
Nepal BIM Forum and Global construction technology leader Trimble hosted Nepal’s first-ever Building Information Modeling (BIM) conference for the country’s fast-growing construction industry. Department of Urban Development and Building Construction (DUBDC) is supporting, the ‘Nepal BIM Conference 2019’ initiative focusing on necessary digital BIM tools and processes to drive the digital transformation of the Nepalese construction industry. Senior representatives from different governmental organizations, contractors and consulting firms as well as architects, engineers and designers attended the event.
In the following video, Harsh Pareek put forward his view regarding the need for BIM adoption in Nepalese AEC industry. Mr Harsh Pareek is the Regional Sales Director for India & SAARC region of Trimble Solutions Corp and is responsible for business operations, development and management of Trimble Buildings’ sales strategies in India, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Bangladesh, and Nepal.
