Gay Hamilton spanked - Please Sir! (1968)
Gay Hamilton played a teacher girlfriend of Bernard Hedges (John Alderton) in the sitcom Please Sir! in 1968, though it caused embarrassment for Hedges in front of his class. Initially it was the pupils finding out, but as the episode went on he became annoyed that she became more popular and started interfering in his schedule. So much so that when the two finally clashed (over the pupils doing mixed gym) he snaps and puts her over his knee for a good old fashioned taste of school discipline and starts spanking her. Unfortunately he forgot she wasn't a pupil, and worse still he forgot the pupils, who are watching on with glee. How embarrassing - for both! Coincidentally, Gay Hamilton is now probably best known for being the love interest (and later wife) of Frank Windsor's character Inspector Watt in Z Cars. Let's hope she doesn't send them round to visit Hedges!
