With normalization in ServiceNow Software Asset Management, you can easily normalize software installation records from any source, using a central, ServiceNow-curated Content Service. This content service is a list of millions of different software, so there's a good chance your software installations will be identified, thereby giving you standard values through which you can then match them with corresponding software models and licenses.
