About:
Kaylee received her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification in 2015 with Meghan Currie in Bali, and is currently receiving her 300-hour certification with Jason Crandell in San Francisco.
She's taught classes in Italy, San Diego, Seattle and is currently teaching in the SF Bay Area.

Kaylee teaches technical classes that focus on breath, anatomy and harmonizing the body. Classes always include an overall theme, core work, and step-by-step cueing that truly allows all levels to attend and enjoy. Kaylee encourages the use of props for even the most flexible and strong students.

Kaylee's mission as a teacher is to bring expert, studio-quality yoga to all ages, bodies, levels, flexibilities, and tax-brackets, and to help facilitate healing in her students from the inside out. She strives to teach students about their individual bodies with deep alignment themes so they know how to practice yoga anytime, anywhere, with any teacher, while also helping them understand not just how to move in yoga, but why.

On the side, Kaylee freelances writes, spends hours in the the kitchen creating vegan deliciousness, takes her dog to the dog park, spends time with her boyfriend, practices yoga, and continues to study the body to deepen her knowledge of alignment and physical well-being. She strives to one day lead her own teacher training to inspire a new flock of teachers in the way her training inspired her, along with one day creating her own studio.
