In this workshop you will learn Standing Poses step by step so you can practice with confidence at you next yoga class.
Correct aligment is important not only to avoid injuries but so you can obtain the full benefit of each asana.
Practice with props such as blocks, belts, chairs and the wall to help you achieve and stay in the poses for longer.
Start your practice with staying in each asana for 2 to 3 breaths and move on until you reach 10 breaths or up to 2 minutes and find a moment of peace while you in it.
Finish always with SAVASANA!
I hope your enjoy doing this video as much as I enjoyed making it and that after practicing it you feel confident to take your first Yoga class or go into your next one knowing the poses a little bit more.
And remember, this is a journey, practice like no one is watching.
Let's do this !
“May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all.”
