The Owl 'Pinnacle' video
Video for closing track from the album 'Understanding Self', which uses footage filmed on a train journey through Czech forest and mountain regions. The stops are from Frýdlant nad Ostravicí to Čeladná, and then onwards to Kunčice pod Ondřejníkem, which is where me and Blanka have a mountain forest cottage to escape to from time to time. I am spending increasingly more time there in recent months, and the views around there are absolutely spectacular. I already feel lucky to be alive and where I am, but this takes those notions to a whole other level.
I hope by the closing moment of this video, you will understand why I am so appreciative and in awe of it all. I thank anyone who is here, checking this out, reading these words. As said in the past many times, it still rings true now that I make these sounds for myself, my escape, my fun, my expansive of knowledge and of understanding more about myself and my inner workings, but I never take for granted those times when someone stops by for a look or a listen. It all helps me feel a part of this planet in some way.

The album was also released by The Church Of Noisy Goat, which I describe as 'One of the most important labels in the experimental, noise, electronic, ambient, netlabel universe'.
