Celeste Chapter 7 C-Side Golden Strawberry (All but one)
This golden was done July 28th.
Just a disclaimer before I start the description, yes, my mic is on in this video, it's just at very low volume. You'll be able to hear my clarification of why I did this as my last golden before Farewell at the end of the video, you may just need to turn your volume up. Despite this, I will still summarize my thoughts here.
I saved this golden for last because I thought it to be a nice way of closing out the journey all of these goldens have been. I think Granny's quote applies quite a bit to the work I put in. I also thought it was fitting because it ends in the place Farewell begins. The last two strawberries I needed after my 8B completion were the 8C and 7C goldens because of this.
This was also my way of confirming I would do Farewell. If you want to know the reason I hadn't uploaded this video until now, it's not actually because I was too busy to do it. It's because I've spent the free time I've had grinding out Farewell. About 30 hours of practice and playing have been put into it by now, and I've gotten to the point where I can get to Event Horizon consistently. The furthest I've gotten in Farewell by now is five rooms into Determination. With enough grit, it can be done. Thank you all for joining me on this journey. It's been pretty awesome :).
