In this video we are going to show you All the ECG Rhythms in Cardiac Arrest and Periarrest scenarios
We see cardiac arrest and periarrest scenarios in the Emergency Departments, Urgent care centres, wards, ICU, theatres and even in the community. How ekg or ecg is interepreted in such time critical emergencies make a huge impact on the outcome of the patients. The common cases such as VT, VF, ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, asystole, pulseless electrical activity, widecomplex tachycardia, bradycardia, heart blocks etc are to be mastered for the best care of the patients. Many such cases need defibrillation. When a Code blue is activated in the Emergency Department, Urgent care or in the wards, we need to be vigilent about the underlying ECG rhythm. Various types of arrhythmia such as brady, cardiac conduction system blocks, tachy, sinus bradycardia, atrial flutter, atrial fibrillation, av nodal re-entrant tachycardia, a-flutter, afib, a-fib, af, avnrt, supraventricular tachycardia, svt, lethal rhythms, ventricular tachycardia, v-tach, vfib are demonstrated here.
