Adventure Time was Cartoon Network's biggest hit, but it debuted on Nickelodeon. The Adventure Time pilot was on Random Cartoons, where Nick decided not to pick up the show.
Kurt Cobain wrote and produced an original song for Ren & Stimpy. The producers never used it, going with with a public domain instrumental instead.
Aah Real Monsters was a wild and scary show. A movie was produced for the show, but it tested Too Scary for kids, and after the show was cancelled the movie was scrapped.
This one is TWISTED. Originally, in Hey Arnold, a lawyer was going to move into the boarding house. The lawyer, named Lana Vail, was going to constantly flirt with Arnold. You KNOW why they cut this.
Finally, Fairly Oddparents almost had a Crash Nebula spinoff. It would've focused on Crash going to school. It was nixed though for having too many similarities to Disney's Sky High.
