1/4 tsp ground ginger powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 medium eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 medium carrots, shredded
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 raisins and dried cranberries
