Harvard FAP!
The First-Year Arts Program at Harvard, colloquially known as FAP, is a pre-orientation program for incoming freshmen to Harvard College. This year, FAP 28 happened for the incoming Class of 2026, which I am a part of.
In FAP, students explore the several different forms of art: Creative Writing, Dance, Drama, Music, Theatre Design, Studio Arts, and Film. They take workshops and master classes with resident artists to get an idea of what arts resources Harvard has to offer them in their artistic journeys.
FAP then culminates in a production put on by the prefrosh in a few days: the FAP Pageant. This year, the theme for the pageant was Over The Moon, and the pageant featured many space-themed songs, dances, and displays created by the incoming '26ers!
