The 7th healthy habit is to move your body daily, and if you're really pressed for time, never to let more than three days go by without a workout. I've also ranted and rambled a bit on body image and how it is most important to focus on how your body feels and what it can do over how it looks. Society's standards of beauty change with the decades and beauty truly is in the eye of the beholder. Accept and love your body for what it is, take care of it, and move it more.
