This certification is great for anyone who uses Jira Service Management, or is expected to be a Project Admin for a Jira Service Management project (we'll get practical skills and also, hopefully, earn a certification that we can share).
I'll start by talking a bit about the certification and how to take it, but then will jump right into the free training Atlassian offers and you can follow along!
