So you want to “Transfer Facebook Leads to Google Sheets”. But, how will you do it? That’s where Automate.io comes in, it’s a simple tool to connect your favorite web apps, like Facebook Lead Ads, Google Sheets, & hundreds more.

On the Add Accounts screen, you will add your Facebook Lead Ads & Google Sheets accounts to Automate.io. Authorize these apps by clicking on the ‘Add’ button and entering your credentials. We always keep your data secure with bank-level encryption.

For this automation to work, you need to fill the right value in the required input fields for Google Sheets these fields are - Spreadsheet - Select the Google Spreadsheet where you want to save the data. Worksheet - Select the Worksheet from the Spreadsheet above.

Note, the field names that appear below the worksheet are taken from the columns in the Excel sheet from our own example sheet. You will see different input fields based on your own spreadsheet. You can fill out the essential lead information like this.

Additionally, you can map out ad data like lead creation time, Ad Name & Campaign Name to help you understand your ad results better and derive insights from it.

To proceed to the next stage, click on Done. In this stage, you will test the newly created automation - which we call a BOT. We will now test our bot. First, we save a new lead in Facebook lead ads Now, move to the dashboard of Automate.io and click on ‘I’m done’. Now, we check for a newly created row in our Spreadsheet.
