If you're anything like me you've been looking for ways to get your energy back.
I thought if I worked out daily, drank plenty of water, and got enough sleep my energy would be through the roof....NOT THE CASE!!! I'm not 32 years old but feel like I'm 50. After trying everything from vitamin B shots, 5 hour energy drinks, and everything in between I realized I needed to get serious. I stumbled upon this 30 day NATURAL CLEANSE, which is taking over the globe. In fact I went to an event last week and thought I was at a Tony Robbins event (those that have ever been to one of his events know what I mean lol). People twice my age were just bursting with energy when all I could think about was taking a nap.
I plan to take you along on this 30 day journey. I also plan to be brutally honest. Yes, I'm sure there will be days where I'm moody, starving. or both so get ready. For those that know my story I was diagnosed with MS a few years back and was able to reverse most of the symptoms through proper nutrition. Unfortunately, because I let nutrition fall by the waste side over the last two years some of my symptoms started to come back. So I look forward to sharing my progress with everyone as I go through this process which I feel is definitely going to be life changing for me.
So here I am Day 6 of my 30 day cleanse. Feeling amaing. Day 5 was definitely rough being I felt lethargic and drained mentally. Today I notice my skin is clear and I can't stop running around. I feel like I drank 50 redbulls. To think I haven't ate anything all day. Mind blowing to finally realize the effect food has on our bodies.
