Starting a car with 7Ah UPS batteries
My first attempt (with one battery): • Can a 7Ah UPS battery start a car by itself?
Unfortunately I didn't have any new batteries to try with, just those 2, 5 and 6.5 year old ones (yes, I did check the purchase dates). So, of course you'd get better results with new batteries. I think the oldest one pretty much doesn't help at all here. Those connecting wires are 6mm2 / 10AWG, BTW. Maybe I'll try with new batteries in the future, but I'm not sure. I'll certainly try capacitor + battery hybrid, though. For any questions, feel free to use comment section below.
