In my opinion, there isn't very many characters in Jimmy Neutron Boy Genius that were able to shine quite as bright as Libby Folfax. There were other characters who were certainly capable of stealing the spotlight, but in comparison, none were nearly as BOLD and cool as Libby was.
Seeing her character change throughout the series was really interesting as a viewer. She started as an admittedly flat character in comparison to the character that she would become...
But what about her really changed? Why did it change?
