Keynote - Social Media: Stop pushing & start engaging!
This is the complete keynote talk I gave at the CSAE Trillium Summer Summit on July 13, 2018 in London, Ontario. The talk was aimed at leaders from a wide range of associations. The purpose was to encourage them to take another look at social media and to provide them with tips to use these platforms to actually tell stories and connect with their members instead of simply pushing out content, which too many organizations still do.
