Microsoft Hyperlapse Review and How To Use
In this video, I show you how to use the new Microsoft Hyperlapse for creating time-lapse or fast motion videos, plus let you know what is good and bad about it.

Whether you do entertainment, educational or marketing videos, using a time-lapse effect...where something that takes a long time is sped up dramatically...is a great option to use. Why? Because it kind of hypnotizes people, which means they'll keep watching your videos.
Nearly all video editing software allows you to easily create the time-lapse effect with your videos. The problem is the video will typically end up looking pretty bad.
That's because there's actually a lot that goes into to making time-lapse or hyperlapse video look good...meaning it looks smooth, isn't jumpy and just has a natural flow to it. And the built-in features of video editing software don't have the juice to make this happen.
There are lots of plugins and third-party products you can use too...but they either cost money or the results are sketchy.
Enter Microsoft Hyperlapse. It's free (for now). It's dead-simple to use. And the results are fantastic.

The two drawbacks with Microsoft Hyperlapse are that it can take a long time to export your videos and your videos will have a watermark, that at the time I made this video, cannot be removed.
And I suppose the third drawback would be that it doesn't work with Apple products...you can't use it on a Mac, iPad or iPhone. Currently, it's only available for Windows 7 and 8 and Windows and Android Phones.
