We are going to have lots of fun in this 3-mile fast walking to lose belly fat from your living room.
Whether if you are in lockdown or you don't feel comfortable going to the gym this workout will give you the same benefits from the comfort of your living room 🥰🥰
This is a perfect low-impact workout for beginners and those wanting to burn some extra calories and get really sweaty even at home.
PLEASE NOTE- Some smart devices don't count some of the moves as a step. Single leg jack for example so it might be worth testing to see if yours does. I wouldn't be discouraged if you don't hit the 3-mile target as it might not be a true representation of the steps you did.
REMEMBER the number of steps you will do will depend on the pace and effort you are putting in. The faster you walk the more steps you will get. I have incorporated a lot of arm, fun movements so we will be working on our whole body :)
