PureBasic Editor - Productivity features - PureBasic 101
Learn the fundamentals of PureBasic. In this PureBasic 101 series, I cover the language, the IDE, the tools and some programming tips and techniques.
In this episode, I present what I called the productivity features of the PureBasic editor. These are the features that make the writing or reading of PureBasic code easier.
Those features are
Zoom : enlarge or reduce the size of the text to adapt to your taste
Syntax highlighting : color the different types of items in the code with predefined or custom colors
Matching keywords and braces : highlight the matching keywords or braces when the cursor is on one of them
Auto-Complete : displays a configurable list of item names that match the first typed characters.
Folding : enable the creation of foldable sections of text
Quick Help : displays a one-line help in the status bar
