Batch Resize - A Simple Image Processor in PureBasic - Part 11
Learn how to program in PureBasic. Follow the development step by step of a simple image processing application.
In this episode, I add the Batch Resize feature. I create a Batch menu with a Resize... entry. It opens a child window that lets the user choose the folder path (StringGadget and PathRequester), the recursiveness (CheckBoxGagdet), the enforce dimension (OptionGadget and StringGadgets) and a progress bar (ProgressBarGadget).
The two main procedures of this episode are the GetImages(...) and BatchResize(...). The GetImages works recursively to return the list of images to resize. The BatchResize iterates through the list, resizes the images and updates the GUI.
