Anthem of Victory - A Cinematic Hybrid Orchestral Electronic Piece
This is an epic cinematic type track for when you want to ride into battle and leave victorious over the forces of darkness... or more likely if you just want to feel that way.
I had composed a few melodies that I thought would fit well in an epic cinematic style and wanted to arrange them together combining orchestral, electronic, and drum kit elements. This was the result; I hope you enjoy!
I'm still learning a lot about mixing and mastering and I experimented with using limiters when I made this track in July 2021 on my old computer using Studio One 4. I don't think I did a very good job as the dynamics in last part of the track when the drum kit comes in sounds a bit squashed and stifled. It would be a ton of work to fix this though, since working on my old computer isn't really an option, but I wanted to post this track here anyway because I still enjoy listening to it and I want others to also!
