Masmoudi Kebir is an 8/4 rhythm and can be outlined like this:

This is a variation with 3 Dooms in the first half of the rhythm and we have one Doom in the second part as always. We can use nice sharp accents as well as bigger moves to do justice to this precise and as well as "breathing" rhythm.
