Ingredients for zebra (marble) loaf cake:
– 5 eggs
– 200 gr (1 2/3 cups) flour
– 200 gr (1 cup) granulated sugar
– 30 gr (4 tablespoons) cocoa powder
– 100 ml (1/3 cup 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon) vegetable oil
– a pinch of salt
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
