This video shows several pan and tilt mounts for using an Arduino Uno or Mega with the Pixy camera. I do not review the Pixy camera itself, but focus on the pros and cons of each mount and discuss possible inexpensive solutions instead. The pan and tilt functions are operated in two ways. One way is from the back of the Pixy camera itself. The other is the Pan and Tilt Arduino sketch provided in the Pixy library. There is no wiring diagram, simply connect the Pixy cable and wire two servos to the Arduino. Instead, I have uploaded my notes on the Pixy camera for everyone to read. I show how to make your own camera mount using extra parts and materials you may have on hand. I review and explain in lite detail the functionality of the Pixymon software and describe briefly the pan and tilt software from the Pixy library.
