2014 Chevy Traverse Smokes Bad
This 2014 Chevy Traverse is smoking bad out the exhaust. I check the vehicle for trouble codes.
P00C6 Fuel Rail Pressure Low During Cranking.
P0300 Engine Misfire
P050D Cold Start Rough Idle
I start by checking misfire data. History and current data show a misfire from #1 cylinder. With the misfire and amount of smoke coming from the exhaust, I suspected a fuel injector problem. I check fuel rail pressure and find that it is bleeding down.
After I verify that the injector harness is ok, I remove the #1 fuel injector and test for leakage. Leakage was confirmed and I replace #1 fuel injector then verify the repair. Thanks again for watching. Please consider Subscribing, Liking, Sharing and Commenting!!
