Lawrie likens DevOps to an orchestra and talks about the blogs that he has written around this - If people can understand that there are different instruments that create a fantastic experience at a concert - why can they not see that the same is true of DevOps - adaption, creativity, lulls, encouragement, conduction - He says that some of the sweetest music comes from some of the oldest instruments - He challenges us to look at experience and skills and how they can help us succeed in the mix.
