BPX Solutions Tutorial - General Maintenance for Flow Wrappers
This tutorial will give you some basic general maintenance guidelines to maintaining your Flow Wrappers. For this tutorial, we used our C-Series Flow Wrapper.
1.) Use dry compressed air to remove any dirt or debris including the inside of the infeed conveyor.
2.) Use a steel brush to clean the seal jaws, rotate by pressing the inching button.
3.) Turn off the machine and grease the front and rear chains.
4.) Use a food grade aerosol and spray the infeed chain.
These simple and easy steps will ensure your Flow Wrapper will last long.
