BPX Solutions Tutorial - General Maintenance for Pallet Wrappers
This tutorial will give you some basic general maintenance guidelines to maintaining your Pallet Wrappers. For this tutorial, we used our PP-983 Pallet Wrapper.
1.) Turn the machine off and remove the turntable bolts.
2.) Slide the turntable with your foot and blow out any dirt or debris on the base.
3.) Check the rollers for any build-up that prevents them from rolling freely.
4.) Grease up the full chain with a brush and an all purpose grease.
5.) Slide the turntable back on and put the bolts back on.
These simple and easy steps will ensure your Pallet Wrapper will last long.
