BPX Solutions Tutorial - General Maintenance for Polybundlers
This tutorial will give you some basic general maintenance guidelines to maintaining your Poly bundlers. For this tutorial, we used our PP-6030 Poly bundler.
1.) Turn on the machine and let the knife heat up
2.) While waiting, use dry compressed air to remove any dirt or debris.
3.) Wear safety gloves and wipe the heated knife with a clean cloth
4.) Grease up both of the bar shafts by using a brush and an all purpose grease.
5.) Turn on your shrink tunnel and set the conveyor speed to maximum.
6.) Using a hi-temp chain lube, lube up both of the chains of the shrink tunnel conveyor.
These simple and easy steps will ensure your Poly Bundler will last long.
