XML2SRT-How to extract titles from Final Cut Pro/Premiere Pro XML file to a SRT file?

After you finish subtitling in Final Cut Pro X or Premiere Pro, you can export the project/sequence to a xml file. Then use XML2SRT to export this xml file to a SRT subtitle file with just one click. XML2SRT is available on Mac App Store. You can take a close look to the app on http://www.finalsub.com/xml2srt.html
After you finish subtitling in Final Cut Pro, what if you want to export all subtitles to a SRT file? Just choose your project, then export it to a xml file and save it to Desktop. Launch XML2SRT, drag and drop your xml file here and export it to Desktop. The SRT file is ready now.
Can I do the same in Adobe Premiere? Sure. I want to export all these subtitles to a SRT file. I just choose my sequence, then export it to a Final Cut Pro XML...And save it to Desktop. After that, I drag and drop the XML file to the app. Click on Export SRT file button and save it to Desktop. As you can see, the SRT file is perfectly exported.
