Between Pledge and Forgettance World Quest (Genshin Impact)

The start of the quest was actually a prerequisite the moment you arrived in Natlan. While the scene with Manqu was triggered unexpectedly, it is an intro for the Rite of the Bold and Revelations from the Past. But before that, you need to finish Shadows of the Mountains and the Tale of Dreams Plucked From Fire, in order to unlock it. In which, you'll meet Manqu again with Chief Pacal of the Children of Echoes to start the main quest.

That Golden Wolflord boss was a nuisance. That flying mutt tossed my Furina up in the air. This is why I despise flying boss with a passion. The Jue boss fight from Wuthering Waves is also kind of an ass to deal with.

On that note, I finally understand some of the dragonkinds' stance regarding the current order of Teyvat. It would seem in Natlan's case, the Abyss has always been their natural enemy since ancient times. I find it interesting as compared to Fontaine, Neuvillette and even Scylla considers the Heavenly Principles, even until how many years has passed. That said, Fontaine's whole conundrum was because of the prophecy that the heaven gave them.

The history of Waxaklahun Ubah Kan and the Xbalanque with the phlogiston was shocking. To think a member of the dragonrace wanted to set the foundation where the humans and dragons can coexist, and in doing so turned on his own kin. I'm also starting to see that Nibelung might have been one of the Seven Sovereigns, acting more like the leader.

It is quite a fresh perspective, as we already know that the Light Realm (Dragons) and the Human Realm (technically the Heavenly Principles) have progressed to a point they can reason and coexist with each other. But the Abyss (Void Realm) has no place for Teyvat, it destroys everything it touches. I'm finally relived to see in the game the dragons' opinion of the Abyss, as I feel like it's always Celestia, it's about time we see their stance on the other faction. That is why I'm very curious on how the conclusion of this would be, whether it would be against the Heavenly Principles or the Abyss.

All in all, I enjoyed this quest without any complaints. I love the mechanic where we played as LittleChunk, that was adorable and we got see that even young dragons are quite intelligent. I'm looking forward for what they have in store for the next quests in the future.
