Please Join Us this Sunday for WaveTalkers LIVE: Episode 108
This week the WaveTalkers crew continues our Winlink Exercise that started 24hrs after a major solar storm impacted the earth. Last week we asked you to collect Field Situation Reports from your local EmComm team of operators. We need to send those combined reports to The Federal Office of What's Happening Now (OWHN) that activated the WaveTalkers Winlink Radio Network.
Please join us with your Winlink station ready to send the combined information from your operators. We will walk you through the process of organizing the messages, combining the data and submitting to your AHJ in the most efficient method possible. We will share a link to the initial data that was collected last week so you can follow along with us as we import that data into Winlink Express in the same way the OWHN would combine the data.
The exercise has been designed for everyone to participate even if you missed last week's Episode. If you didn't collect Field Situation Reports from your team, no worries you can still follow along with us and learn the process.
We will wrap up Episode 108 with an after party for all of those joining us in the Zoom. We would love to hear about how you are preparing for a future solar storm.
