To many of you, Reelow will need no introduction. The Barcelona-based, Hungary-born DJ and producer is back at the helm in the FaderPro classroom. This time, he’s deconstructing his groovy and infectious tech-house track Boogie. He quickly explains how a vocal sample sparked the inspiration for the track, before breaking down the other elements that constitute the rest of the song.

It’s clear to see that Reelow is all about the end result when it comes to choosing his production tools and processes. Having spent years learning his way around Ableton Live, he tends to mostly use the DAW’s native devices, along with a few choice third party instruments and effects. In this particular track, Reelow makes regular use of Ableton’s built in Arpeggiator, along with its intuitive Automation functionality.
