After uploading this video i have a solution for working Compiz on Debian 7 without leaving the system with broken packages see this video for more details : • Compiz+Emerald on Debian 7
-First do it at your own risk.
-Extract and Install these packages https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B85Z... with dpkg -i package-name.deb command in your Terminal.
-You will get a broken package in Synaptic (libmetacity-private0a) ignore it.
-In your Terminal tape compiz --replace to see if Compiz starts.
before using my profile https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B85Z..., with your text editor, open eupsychos-compiz.profile and take a look at crash handler and keys bindings of some functions in compizConfig Settings Manager.

If you get a problem with installing Debian packages ( i mean other packages in Debian 7 repositories ), open Synaptic package manager window : toolbar ; Edit ; Fix broken packages ; Apply. Synaptic will remove compiz-gnome and libmetacity-private0 who serves for Compiz windows decorator ( windows border that contains the three buttons ). so Compiz will work but without windows control like moving, minimizing etc
